Default BUGGMAN custom battery terminals (ky)

They're back....

...Well they really never went away, but I have started back on my world famous custom aluminum battery terminals.

I've started doing a new final finish that I'll call "brushed or machined" that has a slight texture to it but still looks really cool.

I can still do my super sweet polished finish, but it does take more time & will add to the cost.

For terminals needing up to 4ga wire inputs, I'll be using 3/4" thick material and for wire inputs up to 1/0ga, I'll be using 1" thick material.

For either style I can make single wire openings all the way down to 10ga.

I haven't had much request for terminals with ring terminal mounting, but I should be able to design something for those guys/gals who prefer to use crimp ring terminals on your wiring.

Every set is custom to fit your exact needs, no generic "one size fits all" application stuff. You get to choose the wire size, how many openings & even the placement of the openings.

Pricing will start at $35 a pair +sh & can go up depending on how elaborate you want to go.

I have been designing some ANL fuse holders that I hope to have ready by summer...stay tuned.

I'll be using allen head bolts either the smaller round head or pan head depending on the application or your preference. I don't like using set screws because I've had set screws strip out on me & have to dremel a slot in whatever they're stuck in to get a screwdriver in & it usually destroys the part. With the fasteners with a head, if the head strips out, you can still grab the head of the fasteners with pliers to remove it. You can also usually use a larger allen wrench than with set screws which will give you a better bite.

Few pics for reference:

I'm trying to get some new pics uploaded but photobucket is giving me issues right now
Here's a LINK to my custom fab album.

Also, I have some recent project pics on my buggman mods facebook page.

I use Mediafire to host my pictures, as well as other files. You get 10G ad free space with free sharing, and downloading. Plus you can size the pics specifically for forums and get rid of that banner about resizing, like is in your second post. The majority of pics I have posted here are linked through them. The rest are hosted here at FRF.

I like them.. Ive always for some weird reason judged every wiring company by their Batt terminals offered before I look at anything else they had to offer.. I know, its weird.

A combo of Ring terminal and internal clamped would be keen too..

Nice work Buggman!

A person could ring terminal on these as well. As long as the bolt is still long enough to grip the wire with a ring terminal on it.

I like these, I need to replace my jl terminals. They are 3 1/0 holes each and it sucks.

Pm Coming once I sort out what I need for holes.
