Exactly. Turns the light output of the front corners to a reddish color. The tails on mine look almost purple in the pics, but without the sun reflecting on them they are a darker black color.

Pretty much any parts house (Advanced, Vatozone). Generally located with the paint supplies. Word of caution though, do it in stages with light coats. My corners are 3 coats, and the tails are 2 LIGHT coats. Some use a clear top coat. I didn't and haven't had any probs. with dulling or flaking.

these are the smoked corners i have. I bought them of STL. Even tho there are many people on here that have done this. All they are is clear corners, with the lenses popped off, the back sprayed black, then resealed. i really like mine.

Same as the headlights you just dont have to worry about masking them off.

read that how to STL posted. From my understanding, you just put them in the oven on the lowest setting for a little while, pull them out, pry them apart, tape off the two circles (sorry i don't know the real name haha.), and paint the back black. then reseal them. It sounds pretty easy.

The oven trick in that post works for a overall initial softening of the plastic-like adhesive, but I found that using a heat gun worked better. It did for me anyway. Maybe I didn't bake the lights long enough or something, but the heat gun worked well for me. I was even able to clean all the residue out of the channels so I could get a good fit when replacing the lenses. btw, not sure a hair dryer gets hot enough, but you can try it.
