Off chance anyone have these lying around? or if you happen to be at a junk yard and see some I would very much appreciate it.

Been unable to find any Rangers in the salvage yards here that have them.

I MIGHT have these... let me look tomorrow in my garage. When I got a flat tire I ended up destroying a mud flap, an in the process I was able to find a member that was selling the mudflaps that also had the brackets. I had no use for the brackets because they are pretty damn strong and mine didn't bend during the flat, only the mudflap got destroyed. I don't think I threw the brackets out but let me check for you...
