just sayin. i bought mine new. and it probably ran me about 120 with the tailgate cap.. so you might just be better off buying them new. and i even got the bushwacker brand ones so it was more expensive.

ya thats what ive been looking at now i found these two links:

http://www.autoanything.com/bed-caps...0A2613472.aspx

http://www.amazon.com/Bushwacker-28008-SmoothBack-BedRail-Pockets/dp/B000CO89JS
i would go with the bushwacker ones but i cant find anywhere that says it comes with the tailgate cap too. the egr caps come with the sides and tailgate for 77 so i was thinking that. any one have experience with either of these?

If someone sold them to you for $30 you got a steel at that price. Ford does not have them available anymore and there price (if they had them) are almost $600 per set. Reminds me of the time I had an 1970 AAR 340 6Pack cuda. Bought it for $500, found it in a field. Today it would be worth over $75,000. Facrtory trim and specialty engine parts for many vehicles are geting harder and harder to find. That makes them worth more although these are below Fords List Price.

they are only worth what someone is willing to pay, and i doubt someone is going to pay 250 for them.
