I'll break it down below:

3000k: Golden yellow *Perfect for snow, rain and fog

6000k: Diamond white: has a small hue of blue but not much; I have this!
8000k: Blue: They call it iceberg blue. Has a tint of blue in it that is visible.
10000k-up: Produces more color and less light. Only good for car shows and nothing else!

His camera settings are off which is why it looks more orange than yellow. In person, it's pure yellow. Bright too!

also if i remember right he has 5k which looks like a lot of blue imo so would 4500k be a more of pure white? or is it just camera? does 55w washout the colors?

It is his camera because in person, 5000k is a pure white color with no blue or yellow in it. Also, 55w does wash out the color. So say you got a 55w 8000k; the 55w ballast will wash it out making the light brighter but it's going to look like a 35w 6000k in the end.

Ya like I said in my other thread, its definitely has orange to it. Reminds me when pointed at a white wall of like a sunset yellow..

The phone's settings aren't usually to bad, but since its pointed against a white wall and the 5000k headlights look white, i'd say its pretty spot on.
My original 3000k bulbs were not color-matched perfectly (one being significantly more green after warm-up) so I returned them at ddm's shop and got these as replacements. They are definitely more orange than the originals, but those had a lot of green to them. Not sure what to think really, and im also not sure what's "correct." debating whether I should return these also...

here's another shot I took last night with the new 3000k bulbs:

Not quite the right color (again 5000k is PURE white) but still should give a decent idea

Yea I have 5000k, and just take my word for it, they are definitely PURE white.

55w will put out about 20% more brightness onto the road. If you want pure white, 55w 5000k and call it a day

lmao, I hope I dont regret not getting HIDs from you. I got some hi/lo on ebay for $25 shipped from hong kong

(they are for my bike)

Im thinking they will most likely be junk and wont work....so I may still hit you up
