Default rough idle and loss of power

i have a 2005 ford ranger and my check engine light has been on for sometime now and advance auto said that cylinder 1 and 2 are misfiring so i changed the plugs and wires. then all of a sudden at a stop light my truck starts running rough and my check engine light starts blinking and wont hardley move at all what is the problem?

try cleaning the MAF and IAC might help with the idling
