I was wondering what cherrybomb glasspack I would need to make the truck sound pissed off. I know people dont like glasspacks but its all I can afford right now...also, how hard are they to put on? thanks in advance

i think the longer the better, plus it seems to help if you don't dump it, buts thats just based off the vids ive seen, so you might have to try a few things

I have 4.0 with cats and glasspack. I used a 12".
Sounds great, but didnt like it dumped.
Very easy to install if you have sawzall.

dumped basically means little or no tail pipe comin out of the muffler and it would be best to weld on the new muffler instead of clamping it on, if you have a welder and your good with it then its pretty easy to do

my flowmaster is dumped it means u cut the muffler off put on the flowmaster or glasspack and than leave it u take all the pipe to the back off and just leave the new glasspack or in my case flowmaster if this makes any sense

what he said buuuuuut no not actully i rock crawl and do alot of off road trails and mine is clamped on just make sure u have it hung right under the truck

i got the same size motor aand im currently running a cherry bomb glasspack. mine goes from the cat about 1ft of the factory exhaust long glasspack no exhaust pipe. to me it sounds no different than when i had a regular muffler ide like mine to scream instead of purring

heres what i did, and i just got this done last week: got the 2 main cats removed with a single 18" glasspack. 2.25" piping all the way through and it exits the before the passenger rear tire. it really sounds nice, i love it
