When I was younger I always wanted to move there because of the way Hollywood portrays it, but there's no effin way I would go there now that I know how it really is. Not even for vacation.

I don't know about little trucks and cars, but there's pretty much a "no weld" warning on the frame of big trucks. Isn't it the same on our little vehicles?

Here in Florida we have no tests at all! It's great.
Can run what you want. And people will pull the converters for the platinum cause it's worth a crap ton if any is even left in it. Plus here in Florida if you try to scrap cats you have to provide a title do so. I have a fox body H pipe in my yard that I can't get rid of cause I don't have a title. And no one will buy it or even touch it.
