I agree with Tim, on the O2 volts ,looks ok....and it does suck not having access to a good scanner.... if you do happen to get your hands one again, check to see if your in close loop after it's warmed up, although it should have threw a code if it had stayed in open loop too long....Also check intake temp to see if it's correct, should be within a couple degrees of actual outside temp. Check coolant temp too, If the ECM see's a coolant and air temp that's really low it may command a longer than normal injector pulse width...
Not unlike driving around with the choke on...
If you had an actual vacuum lt would have thrown a code..
