Default Can you identify this?

I took out my engine to change the oil pan gasket. Now I am in the process of putting it all back together. I got nearly everything, I think, but this

I'm not sure where it was even bolted to. It looks like a vacuum line, and when I start the car, the only way to keep it running is with my foot on the gas. So, I assume there's a vacuum leak where this hose is supposed to be. I just can't find where it belongs.

Might be the PCV valve line from the valve cover to the intake tube from the air cleaner on a 2.3L

Looks kinda like the line that comes down from underneath the throttle bottle body near the IAC

I don't think it's the pcv line. that one is a larger tube that connects under the manifold i think. If this random tube connects under the throttle body, where does the main vacuum line connect.(the red one that is actually two.)
