What exhaust/muffler systems would be good on a 4.0 ford ranger?
from 1997 up. I have looked at flowmaster and it looks good. I will be getting a ranger shortly and i want to gain horsepower. oh yah, it'll be the V6 4.0 engine. What other exhaust/muffler systems could i look into?

A muffler and exhaust isn't going to give you any noticeable HP gain.They just sound different.For noticeable HP gain you need to get into the engine and make some big changes. Cam,pistons,fuel changes and the list goes on and on. Money is HP.
