Default what kind of exhaust?
what kind of exhaust can I get it that sounds good but not like a ricer or real whiny I have duals on now. but it's real muffled. I have a 98 4.0 automatic

Use the search button!!!! But thrush welded, probably just as good as fm40 but 1/4 the price. Got it on my 3.0 and love it

Magnaflow import muffler. Straight through flow and smooth tone. Pretty loud when you mash the pedal.

I got a flowmaster 50 on mine and it sounds great!

My muffler is going bad I think. So can I just replace it with a glass pack? Is there one that will make it sound a little meaner but not make me sound like I'm overcompensating for my smaller truck/ engine. I've got 4.0. 5 speed.

Glasspacks aren't really good. They go old fast. Within a year the sound changes and you end up having to go and get another 20 dollar glasspack and re-do it all over again.
