Default removing exhaust manifolds

I'm pulling the heads on my 2000 4.0L....

The exhaust bolts are rusted-on there pretty good.

Any tips on removing manifolds ?

I tried disconnecting the 2 exhaust pipe bolts (per side) from the manifolds. But they are frozen on there and not that easy to get to.

I then tried removing the 6 manifiold-to-head nuts. But they too, are frozen. I hate to snap one of them off or strip it.

Currently I'm soaking them with PB Blaster in hopes they will give it up.

I don't own a torch, otherwise I could heat them up.

Managed to smash my fingernail purple in the process, so right now, Ford is a four-letter word
