Default Catylitic converter

I have a 2003 Ranger Edge 3.0 V6. I have cahnged the plugs, wires, 02 sensors and knocked the catylist out of the CAT's there are 4 by the way and i still have no power. Do i need to retune it and how do i do that? Thank you!!!

The problem turned out to be a bad injector which caused my catalytic converter to clog up. Running like it was new now!!!!!!!
