Default HELP!!! Need to find an afordable exhaust sytem!!

Can you buy universal cats from sumit racing (walker cat $55) and install on a ranger?? Can I use just 2 or 3 universal cats? Where can I buy affordable exhaust parts?? where can I find the parts to build my own exhaust and converters for a reasonable price?? I can afford $200-$300 max.....

Please help!!

I would try a local exhaust shop. I had a complete system made for a 2001 xj for right at 200.00

wow dude thats wack man. i've never even heard of an emissions inspection down here haha. i dont have any cats or a muffler
but $900 seems crazy as hell... my friend got a really nice flowmaster exhaust put on his 08 sierra for 279.99+tax... i dunno maybe cats are expensive?? i doubt i'd pass an emissions test if i had one

Make sure if you get universal cats, that they have pre drilled bungs for the O2 sensors. An O2 sim might work, but I don't know for sure.

dont go out and buy a full exhaust system either go to a exhaust shop or go to a parts store that sells pipe and do it yourself.. most have all the brackets and pipe you need already pre bent so you just buy what ever you want. You shouldn't spend over 300 on an exhaust at a shop maybe depending on the prices around you 200-275. I know around me i could get one for 150 or around their or maybe even less
