Default 40 series opinions

It's ordered a flowmaster 40 series comin in in 2 days should I leave the exhaust pipe dumped behind the back tire? Dump it in front of the back tire? Or make it go straight out the back.

if its just a single pipe I would leave it dumped. Put it as far away from the cab as possible though....haha it will drone...alot. My first exhaust I had the exact same thing as you and it was dumped close to wear the stock muffler is....i couldnt even hear my music once the muffler broke in...

yea, yea. But "loud" is annoying. You can still achieve loud and have a good sound. Just blaring under the truck is stupid and will just draw attention. This is just my opinion tho. I have achieved loud without sounding like shit.

Infact, I had just my headers and flowmaster installed on my truck. Didnt have the money/time to put the tails on. I drove my truck for about 2 weeks with the muffler ending right after the cab. It sounded like shit and gave me a headache!

well then you should change/learn terminology. Dumping is the "dump" of exhaust at the muffler. I would run it to the rear, either corner exit or straight exit and go with a bigger pipe, like 2.5". But since you have no sig, I dont know what size motor you have
