Ranger frames are not untreated from the factory. I believe they ussualy have black paint. The paint then chips off and starts rust. Would line-x not chip off and continue to rust? Is there something that can be done to keep the factory frame coating in good shape?
umm well I saw a whole piece on the SPEED channel about how rugged liner when applied right can withstand anything pritty much It has little rubber particles for impact and its perfect for moist condtions you can put on your bumpers, bed, hell you can apply it to your entire truck if you want.
and going back to the subject of the thread (sorry I intitially went of topic) mine looks similar to your maybe a tad higher but I wouldn't worry about it it doesn't look like its dragging all that much
