my dads 2.9 1989 bronco has the super 44 on his and it is soo bad ass. at idle it just rumbles the garage. but when going down the road its very loud. he hates it but i dig it. he liked the stock one. i made him switch it out lol it sounds alot better to me. and ll the 3.0 are cast iron blocks? not aluminum? cool heavy motor lol

im not sure what gears i have. i have not checked im goin to change oil and replace air filter this weekend. im getting 15 MPG city. is that normal for the 2003 auto 3.0?
