Default Headman Hedders for Rangers.....

I have used these guys before on alot of other vehicles. Usually though the vehicle had a V8 in it. But while I was looking for some parts for my current project which will air on here later on after I'm finished with it, I found an old LMC truck catalog that was specific for the old ford ranger up until 2009. While looking in the exhaust section I found a set of header applications for V6 engines. They're mad by Headman Hedders which is the poor man's version of hooker headers really and they do sound good. Now before anyone goes off about the spelling in the title, that's how the company spells their name. Here's the link for the webpage that I found on their website:

http://www.hedman.com/site/?d=118&dt=108

Until I seen this, I thought that JBA and Dougs headers were the only ones that made headers for the ranger but I was proven wrong which I am happy to share this info with you guys on here. Be warned about using these headers though, they're 10 times louder than JBA or Doug's header very easily to say the least. So keep this in mind if you plan on using them in the near future. Enjoy my friends.

They are mid length headers, and should provide a bump in power.

The JBA's are shorty headers, and I would NEVER recommend buying shorty headers, they flow only slightly better than stock manifolds and that is show in both power and sound. I still am not a huge fan of midlength headers, but for the Ranger, there are no longtubes.

Actually they have shortys as well. The shortys I would only use if doing a V8 swap in a ranger due to some clearance issues involved with that swap. Those are some really good headers. Like I said earlier, I can compare them to Hooker headers which is alot higher in price compared to these. I just though to let people know about them considering that the only other manufacturers are Doug's Headers and JBA Headers.
