First pic shows the plug in the intake
Second pic is of the tube that goes to the EGR valve itself. It was rotted aswell so I used some high temp hose with a bolt in the end to stop the exhaust leak it creates.
Last pic is of the EGR valve itself, whats left of it. the entire top had rotted off.
I also plugged the vaccum line that came off the top of the valve. The problem your having is sucking air thru were that plug is going to go.
