I see, I think off road and think desert, dry. Maybe its just my area. But the only way to prevent hydrolock is like you said with a stack. Or to not go in deep ass water.

well i dont go in that deep of water but i have and everytime i am fine with water being lower than my exhaust which is now out the rear

If you are worried about that. The only things you can do is make a stack you have no other options. Simple as that.

Well it's universally known that when you refuse to dump, you end up feeling worse than when you weren't sure whether or not to dump. If you absolutely feel you have to dump, then you might as well dump.

i feel like i shouldnt dump it with off roading
idk ill worry about it when i get it and see where its at up in spot. also will look at pics of truck stuck and what exhaust would be like....i have many to look threw

I dont see how dumping it could result in hydro-locking the motor. In a parrallel plane the exhaust ports have got to be considerably higher than the muffler. You would have to have your heads at a point it were level with water to back up the pipe, up the y-pipe, thru the manifolds and into the piston. Id be more concerned about hydro-locking from water coming in thru the intake filter than exhaust.

well it seems like if i get stuck in a hole if i have it dumped it would be closer to being in the water cus i aint submarinin it but if it is out the back it seems like it would be above the water more and if its under i can see it is
