exhaust side pipes. 1 or 2 out??
I am thinking of doing a custom setup on my truck with exhaust side pipes on either side of the truck. 2.5" in and either..
A) two 2.5" to 3.5" tips- 20 inch long or B) one 2.5" to 4" tips- 20 inch long thanks!! :P

i did two out on my ranger but i have true duals with high flow cats and flowmaster super 40 mufflers... the only part i did wrong was I put a X pipe to split the difference in pressure in the pipe. I have a 2'' system and the tips are like 5 inches long and they are like 3'' in diameter. but whatever you do dont go cheap on the tips just get the polished stainless tips and not the chrome tips... they rust out really fast

huh... interesting. does the truck sound nice with the true duals?? i know engine wise, they are different, but overall?? i was thinking of getting actual magnaflow stainless steel tips.

Nope, just on one side. It's an exhaust tip for the new Taurus. Painted the stock exhaust pipe flat black
I'm planning on a Borla muffler.
