Default Accelartion Rattle

Ive been having this really annoying problem for awhile now where when I hit the gas going up a hill or if i just accelerate fast enough there will be this awful rattling noise that seems like its from a cat or something. the sound goes away after it shifts into a different gear or something like that it only last about 10-20 seconds. Please let me know what you think this is ASAP because I am about to get my new muffler welded on and I need to find out whats causing this

Well the thing is my exhaust is unbolted right under the cab.. you think it could still be a loose hanger?

Could be a loose heat shield on the cat.

The same thing was happening to my truck, until I found out, there is a small gap between the hanger and the frame of the truck, which causes the rattling. But im not sure what I can put between the gap?
