Thumbs up Installed a Thrush muffler

I just got done installing a Thrush Welded Muffler on my truck. It gave my exhaust a nice tone but I will need to have the exhaust ran all the way back by a shop. Right now I have it in the exact same place as my stock muffler with no tail pipe after it. If anyone is looking to upgrade their exhaust I would recommend this.

I should also state that I have a 4.0.

Ha!

Anyway, I've got the welded thrush turbo with a 90 Degree turnout with tail coming out before the wheel well. Love it. Sounds great. I went with a 2.5" tailpipe I'll get some pics up soon-ish (rain). I also have a home studio and have been thinking about using my gear to record High Quality audio files of the in-cab and outside-cab sound that this thing makes so people have a good reference.

I had a SI/DO Thrush Weld installed with turn downs. It resonated so bad inside the cab that it hurt my ears. My plan was to run duals out the back but I never had it on long enough. After that I got a Thrush Turbo with 2.5" tubing ran out the back in the stock location and loved it. Nice tone and barely noticeable in the cab.

I am going to run it out the back to the stock location. I just drove it down the highway finally today and it is a little annoying.
