3.0L V-6 W/ Flowtech Red Hots Glasspack
I was wondering if i were to remove one of my cats and run 2" exhaust pipe to a 2" Flowtech "Red Hots" Glass Pack then a homemade 2" Y-Pipe following up with dual 2" tail pipes, if tha would sound good on a 1994 3.0L V-6 Ford Ranger.

i have the exact setup....originally threw a glass pack on it.......kinda sounded like a rice burner...........so i chopped the exhaust right where the flange is under the cab...welded some adapters and went with 3'' pipe with a side exit about a foot in front of the r/r tire......has a descent rumble for a 6 cylinder

Should i run 2.25" pipes so my truck doesn't sound like a ricer? I'm looking for a little rasp and still have an aggressive rumble to it.
