Default Raw fuel in exhaust smoke

I have a 1994 2.3 ford ranger with a 5 speed!

It is smoking white, and spewing raw fuel out the exhaust! UN-breathable fuel kind of smell! I got OBD1 (c) codes 173, 223, 224, 327, and 452? I also had a code 335, and I replaced the EGR pressure sensor with OEM! Which of course didn't help! But that particular code went away! The exhaust is white like a head gasket, but there is absolutely no coolant smell, "it's all fuel," related, and, you could probably light it on fire where it hits the ground while running!

It's my sisters truck, and I got her to check a couple important things for me, like the smell of fuel in the oil, look (for water signs) and taste, for antifreeze in the oil, and to taste for antifreeze in the exhaust pipe!

There is fuel smell in the the oil! Happy to say, No antifreeze taste anywhere it shouldn't be!

Now, I'm thinking to check for a stuck open injector? Just by touch for now for cycling vibration! But would that not send a code for an injector issue if stuck open?

Now, I'm also leaning toward the the ICM because of codes? I'm trying to figure out how these codes relate to each other! The code 452 speed sensor doesn't seem to relate? Could an ICM could cause such a massive fuel issue from the exhaust? I know the (ICM) can heat up, and act up! I'm going to service the ICM at least, and re-paste/ground because I'm sure I probably should anhow!

All incite into this fuel issue would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Sounds like an injector is sticking open, is the engine missing also?

Hi, thanks for replying!

Yes, the truck runs pretty rough, so I can assume it's missing because of that roughness! I don't know but maybe the code reasons will help so I included them below! Thanks again!

The codes I got from the OBD1 are:
173- HEGO (H20S) fault rich
223- Distributorless Ign. Syst. loss of dual plug inhibitor (DPI) control
224- Spout Circuit ground coil 1,2,3, or 4
327- EVP/EPT- Egr Valve position sensor, EGR Valve position circuit below Min. Voltage
452 VSS- Vehical speed sensor signal fault

Soooo, do you think that? an HEGO (H2O) sensor could cause these problem by it's self? Even the fuel and exhaust smoke? By misreading?
