Its all right there as far as loudness goes. Your pipe size and tip size are going to affect that as well. Better sounding is subjective.

I went with a WALKER 39315 Dynomax Ultra Flo Welded Single System; T-409 Stainless Steel; Bend Type: Mandrel; No. of Clamps: 2; Clamp Type: Band; Pipe Diameter: 2.5; Bare Finish Info 126.0" wheelbase system on RockAuto.com. It felt like a good quality system and has a really nice sound without being too loud. I've been very happy with it. It's $179.79 + shipping.

I bought the Walker individual parts from RA. Cost me $90. Took me 30 minutes to install.
