Working on a 98 Ranger pickup 2.5L 4 cylinder. Even after soaking the bolts repeatedly all morning. Short of drilling the remains of the bolts out, I found a few possible solutions.

Best bet. drill studs out and use a nut and bolt

^^ yup yup... They aren't hard to drill, just a pain in the ass to get to.
