Default Pacesetters With True Duals?

So I bought a camper from this guy today, everything went smooth, and about an hour later he text me saying he has a set of Pacesetter headers for the OHV 4.0. He wants $100 for em, never used, which I think sounds like a good price, but everything I've read on here says that they're basically just for sound with minimal HP gains if. But I already promised myself if I mess with my exhaust again, I wanna go true dual the whole way and leave it be.
Y'all think it'd be worth the $160 to get the headers, some good LKQ pipe, and another glasspack? And what all could I do to get the most out of the headers?

Buy them and do the true dual. There is not much you can do otherwise to get most out of them without opening up the engine.

Think I'm gonna have any backpressure issues running it duals back to the bumper with just a glasspack each?

Keep the pipe small and you should be fine. 2" each side is plenty.
