For what it's worth, the aftermarket cats I switched to were significantly lighter than stock. That alone makes it worthwhile in my book, but it really depends on whether or not weight loss is that much of a factor. If you have a 4x4 extended cab or something, then I doubt weight is of primary concern.
Anyway, Gibson's dual exhaust has proven to be a really good bolt-on option. Just keep in mind that it's designed exclusively for extended cab. I assume you already have that, but if not, it will not fit without some modification.
