 How To: Clean IAC (Idle Air Control) Written By: Stl Discussion Thread: How To: Clean IAC (Idle Air Control) Tools Needed.
1. First remove throttle body plastic cover.  2. Remove electrical connector on the side of the IAC (Red Arrows) Remove the IAC my removing the two bolts holding it down (Blue Arrows)  3. Lay the IAC down on a paper towel. You will notice it is all black on the inside.  4. Using the CRC throttle body cleaner spray the inside. Use a q-tip to rub down in the tight spots.  5. Let dray and reinstall in reverse order.
