if i get a goood deal i may buy it now. but looking for a engine and manual trans that will fit in my truck with not much modifications. baisicly a swap if u wana call it. but for a class i will be taking. we have to get an engine and rebuild it. engine has to run and everything after words. so i plan on making this engine my new engine in my truck. if anyone has anything cheeep yet in stilll somewat good condition. then let me no. pictures and as much info you can give will make things alot better. agian im not looking for something with blown heads or pushrods or anything major. any engine that can be put in my truck will me considered. but for now need ideas and offers. thanks.

iv got a 94 ford ranger. most baisic truck u can ever get. no power stearing. manual locks and windows. got a JVC KDR200, with a pair of Pyle 6" X 8" Blue Label 3-Way Speakers and wired an antennna. its a 2.3L 4 banger, with a 5 speed manual transmission. it had 117,400 miles on it wen i got it. i plan on dropping it a few inches. in the procces of repainting the interior. i want new headlights and taillights and paint my factory rims black. plan on getting a cheap sub and put in it.

I've got a 93 3.0 liter engine that I will be pulling from my Splash for an engine swap. Truck runs and drives. It has 169,000 miles. No smoke, no problems other than the mileage. Would make a good rebuild candidate.
