I am looking for a Throttle Body Spacer for the 2.3l engine. Does anyone have one?

Re: Throttle Body Spacer 2.3l
Clinton said the same thing to me. I was going off of this website here - http://www.hotrodhigh.ca/ThrottleBody.html . What I am trying to accomplish is better top end speed. I can barely maintain 70 as it is. Hills are a nightmare. I go from 70-55 in a second and im pushing the truck hard in 3rd - 4th just to maintain said 55. I was hoping that a spacer would help. Ah well, I guess there goes that theory!

Really? Your truck must have some acceleration problems.
I can gain speed without a problem. Hell, i've done 65 uphill in 4th gear before..

Re: Throttle Body Spacer 2.3l
I just got the truck a few weeks back. The story goes like this, the PO had the Tbelt snap on him and when he re-timed the engine to what should be and the truck ran like crap. He then re-timed (not book) and the truck ran good. PO told me high teens for fuel mileage as well.
I do know the truck gets up and boogies through the 1st 3 gears. Of course, I did the ignition coil plug mod this morning and I have noticed more throttle response.
I have this feeling I am going to tear the front end of the engine down come spring time. For now, the truck runs fine, and I am hoping to reach 20+ with each little thing I do. I am going to drop plugs and wires in the next week or so.
----------
Ok, NOT looking for TBS anymore.. lol Thank you all for the input!

No problem. Tell you the truth, the throttle cable mod will improve throttle response.
Look it up on the how to forum. All you need is zipties.
