the o2 sensors aren't on the muffler... one is in the exhaust manifold and the other is in the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter....

ok tants right, i can have a better performance if i remove the cat. converter?

its probably 2.25 or 2.5" pipe. you'll definitely need some adapters or just take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld it in.
