Question Humid and rainy wheather causes truck to not start

It rained all last night and all day today on and off. I go out to start my truck which is parked in the grass and it will not start. This has happened one other time a month ago when it rained hard all night. The symptoms are its not sparking. When this happed before I opened the hood and let it set in the sun to dry out and it eventually started. I have a feeling the rain and dampness is causing a component to not allow spark. Also sometimes when its real wet and damp my truck will run like crap. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sorry about posting it in the wrong spot (only 2nd post) I did replace one of the coil packs last year. I'll have to look into replacing the other one. Thanks!
