Default 1997 4.0L OHV used engine

I just pulled my 4.0L out of my 97 ranger, was gonna just replace gaskets and remove oil pan to install good used dipstick tube (which I have) since original one rusted off. I have decided to go another route since have motor out and will no longer need this one. Motor ran strong and has 200,000 miles on it. The motor comes with oil pan, used dipstick tube, exhaust manifolds, water pump, lower intake manifold, valve covers, and a flywheel for manual transmission (8 bolt). Still has all sensors threaded into block and one are rear of intake for cam position. All you will need to do is pull pan, install new dipstick tube, get new pan gaskets, new valve cover gaskets and install your fuel rail and intake and this thing is good to go. I am not looking to ship and would like local pickup due to weight of it. Asking 275.00 for it.

Thanks for looking,
Dan M.
