For Sale: Spark plugs...autolite platinums

I have a post for this already but thought it might grab more attention if in the for sale section.

I guy near me has a barn full of spark plugs, new. He is selling them for $1 a piece. He says he has ap765, ap103, ap5144. He has an undetermined qty.

I need to know if any of you guys want some plugs for super cheap. I don't know if the guy is going to sell the platinums for a $1. maybe $2 since they are platinums, still a good buy, well have to see.

I figure I should be able to ship plugs in the flat rate box for around $5.

AP765 - 93-96

AP103 - 01-03

AP5144- 03-current

These are for the 4.0 ohv/sohc. I dont know what fits 3.0/2.3/2.5

I'd be down for a new set for my 03 Edge. I know they haven't been changed by the previous owner. Although, again I have no clue what are good spark plugs haha. So I'm not sure what's good, or what would fit

alright guys. I'll give it till Friday the 4th. I want to get as many as possible. The guys is about an hour drive for me. But I think at 66% off its worth the drive as long as you buy enough of them

I wonder how well those single platinum 5144's would hold up? I was reading that most people went with double platinums..

^^^ha, dont know, dont care. they are cheap. I dont think they are stolen or somebody eles's plugs he's trying to sell. He is probably just an old small town parts guy. Belmont is a very small town.

After searching on Autozone and Advance auto it looks like these plugs can be had for $17.94 out the door. By the time you figure in shipping to the OPs find, the deal is not such a deal after all. If you were local it would be killer. Not bashing on you OP..

^^^hes right guys. I guess the deal would be if you bought 12 or more, then you would save alot.

But, at $1 plug thats $6 and 5 is only $11. So your saving $6.

All who has said they want these plugs let me know if the $6 is worth it for you or if you want 12 or more.
