You turn the blower speed switch, and you lose/have no power at the pigtail? It may be time to replace the switch.

I took the heater out and put my test light on the plug for the blower speed switch it lights up until I turn the heater on then it goes off just like it does at the motor plug so im thinking maybe the main switch is bad it does not matter what your on defroster or ac

I just spent some time trying to find a wiring diagram for your truck, with no luck. A diagram would tell me how the blower motor pigtail and heater control switch tie in to each other. We are talking about turning the defrost/heat/AC selector switch, and that kills your power to the blower motor pigtail?

yes its got me stumped ok so I just borrowed my buddy voltmeter and I get power at main box on drive side it don't drop off. I get power on box behind the headlight that has blower relay it does not drop off so this is where I stand I get power on one side of my plugin to blower motor when main heater switch is off. drops of when turned on it does the same thing at the blower speed switch in cab. I already replace the resistor found the old one corroded and plug had a melt spot on it replaced the relay as well.

Those resistor banks and pigtails are known to go bad, quite common. If I could find a wiring diagram, I might be able to help. Right now, it sounds like you might have a switch problem, maybe the heater selector switch, but I won't positively say that without the diagram.
Anyone know where a diagram can be found?

Great. I was looking and running out of options other than asking a neighbor half mile up the road.

As you can see, when the blower speed selector is on high, it bypasses the resistor bank, and gets full voltage.
That's what it looks like to me. Does the switch feel like it's got some play in it like side to side, or in or out?

let me ask you this without that switch working right would that cause you not to get ground on other side of motor plug cause I read somewhere if you pretty much hook your test light up backwords you should have ground there and it would light the test light up
