Default Blinkers.........what a headache!
I have this problem. Not to long ago, the blinkers stopped working on my 94 ranger. My wife and I have replaced the fuses(all), the multi-function switch and the bulbs. The darn blinkers still are NOT working. Could it possibly be the wiring? If so, does anyone have a diagram and or pictures?

Change the flasher relay.

Ya I bet the flasher relay is needing replaced.

I replaced the flasher relay. Still wont work..........grrrrrrrr aggrivating.
