Default MAYBE designing a Speedometer adjuster

I've seen them around and am a cheapskate, so I figured I would make my own.

Basically they wire to power ground and in series with the VSS.

The way Im thinking is that it would have a knob to adjust up or down.

Anyone have any input or suggestions?

The only other feature I have seen is some have a switch with two knobs and you can switch it for people who run different tires in different seasons.

Never thought about this before, but it "sounds" doable. I'd like to keep up with your experiment on this.
