Ok, here the scoop!

Driver's side would go down no problem, but would have a hard time getting up. Pass. side worked fine up and down.

Bought new master switch, window motor and slider (window bolts to).
Installed all components. Both windows worked just fine going down but drivers window was still slow to go up, but no where near as bad as it was.

Here's the kicker......bolted everything up and checked again. Everything worked. Go inside to have a shower. Come back out and while driving to the significant others house decide to get the windows down. NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!

Now neither windows work. I use the master switch and all I hear is clicking coming from the right hand side under the radio. I have a feeling it's a relay. I cannot find a diagram to show me which relays are in the dash in this area. Can anyone supply this thread with a relay layout for the Auxiliary relay Box #2. All fuses (#26/10A and #4/20A)are in good shape any suggestions?

Well I had time to get the truck out of the rain and go over the system again. It turned out to be the the contact between the new main switch and it's reciprical female plug. Pinched one corner once mated and the whole works worked again. Seems I didn't snug the mounting screws enough.
