my left blinker is erratically fast, all bulbs work and blink, any thoughts?

where is the blinker located? i have a parts truck and im assuming the 03 and 00 use the same blinker, is it easy to swap?

I think depending on year of your truck its under the hood or under the steering column.

A fast blinking light sounds like a burnt bulb. Double check that all bulbs are working correctly. did you replace your stock bulbs with LED's? that will cause this issue too.

If stock bulbs and all bulbs are working correctly, you can go ahead and change the flasher. Located under Dash.

take off under dash plastic trim panel w/ 4 screws 7mm. 2 @ Hood release and 1 @ each lower corner.

Take off metal under dash panel w/ 4 screws 8mm.

flasher is located to the inside of Steering column inside on an angle w/ a black cover that pops off w/ 2 "press clips"

flasher should be larger NEON blue located furthest from you.

$12 @ O'rielly. Dont buy the $19.99 "universal" one on the shelf. They can cross match it to a cheaper on behind counter.
