Default Adding OEM Fogs. Getting in to the Power Distribution Box

I have a 1999 Ranger and am about to install the fogs. The only question I have is how to get into the bottom of the power distribution box so that I can run the wire from the cab to the fog relay. I know my truck is all prewired from the box to the bumper so I just need to get from the box to the switch. How do you get into it?

Make sure you don't have the wiring behind your radio bezel. As to your question, I have no idea.

No unfortunately there is no wiring behind the radio. Don't worry, even though this is my second post, I've learned a lot over the past 2 years here by staying anonymous

Wow nobody knows? I tried to separate the box. Using the locking tabs on both sides however, I am now stuck on the mega fuse. The nuts appear to be on there good, and I risk snapping it off. According to the wiring diagram, I need to run the light blue/black wire from the switch to the relay and run the tan/orange wire from the switch and slice into the wire for the fogs. How do I get below that relay?

As of now I have :
The fogs plugged into the front connectors which were pre wired
Both relays installed in the power distribution box
The bezel with the fog switch.
Black wire grounded to cigarette lighter ground.
Light Blue/Red spliced into temperature control light blue/red

Now all I need is to get:
Tan/orange spliced into the fogs
Light blue/black attached to the fog relay

How do I get these wired?

Well it has almost been a week. So I figured I would bump and update this thread. I cut up the electrical tape down at the bulkhead connector in the cab and have found the Light Blue/Black, and a Tan/Orange.
Now my question is:
1. If I splice into the Light Blue/Black at the floor am I bypassing a fise somewhere?
2. Is that the only Tan/Orange wire? I seem to have found what looks to be another Tan/Orange wire that feeds into the ODB2 hookup slot.

**EDIT**
Answered my #2. There is anther Tan/Orange that is used for the data link connector. Smart move Ford.

I don't think you could get to the bottom of your power distribution box even if you removed all of the fasteners. There are just too many stiff wires to allow the box to be moved far enough to get at the bottom of the box. If your truck really is pre-wired for fogs, you shouldn't have to get at the bottom of the box. Is your headlight/foglight switch connector also pre-wired for fogs? I sure don't understand your "temperature control light" splice.
