Default Lights dim and voltage level drops when coming to first few stops in the morning...

Every single morning...

Truck starts easy
Drive 1.7 miles to the first stop sign
Upon letting go of the gas to come to my stop (from 55mph), my headlights/dash-lights/etc dim, my RPMs drop below normal (no tach) and my motor shudders.

After a few miles of driving, everything is fine.


Is this likely a battery issue more so than an alternator?

So far I have:

Cleaned my IAC, MAF, and done a seafoam trifecta.

Battery voltage:

Engine off: 12.84v
Engine on: 14.51v

No it has not. Nor has the battery light, however, the battery level meter in the dash shows that it drops to about 1/3 of the full range of the meter. (meaning the full spread between H and L voltage.)
