Default Wiper problems

My 2000 Ranger has wiper problems. The issue is they don't shut off unless you shut the truck off. Also the intermittent feature doesn't work. I have replaced the complete switch assembly and it hasn't been solved. I'm not sure if it's the wiper relay or motor. Any ideas?

I've had wiper problems since I got my truck! Haha. Everything works fine, but it will not spray any washer fluid l. I've literally replaced and checked everything I could think of and things people suggested. Don't know what it is, so I just splash it on when needed! Lol. As far as your problem, I'd check the relay..

X2 on the relay, maybe something in the switch is messed up.

I've replaced the multifunction switch but nothing changed. I'm thinking it's the motor.

Internal to the motor is a "park" switch, that when the motor gets to the position is the only time the wipers stop. That's probably bad on yours, replace the motor.
