Presuming they didn't have PATS
back in 1994, I don't see why it wouldn't work. You really only need one on/off switch and a one momentary start switch. The wires are all under the column. One for ignition, one for accessory, and one for start. You'd have to tie the ignition and accessory wires together on the switch.
If you really wanted to be cool, you could get a special Off-On-Momentary switch and put the whole thing on one switch.
