Default Windows not going up or down?

Anyone know how to manually lift a window closed? Or better fix this problem? I've changed the fuses and disconnected and connected the window motor. Nothing works. HELP PLEASE!!!

If its all the way down you'll probably have to take the door panel off and pull her up. Idk what else to tell ya

Hmm. If it wont move when u pull up on it yourself I don't think it's the switch. Anything in there getting it stuck maybe?
