Does anyone have any instructions on how to replace this switch? It matches up nicely with the current switch on my truck.

I picked up the switch today at the parts store and the following link has nice pictures and more details about .

Look at the new switch closely. The top of the switch will pop off allowing you to place it on the clutch rod. Hard to get your hand in the right position to do this change but I did it so you can too. Disconnect the plug to the switch and let it dangle. Pop the top off your old switch and the body of the old switch can be pulled away from the rod. Install new switch in the same order. If you look at the rod itself, you can see where it is stepped so that the switch can only work when installed properly. It is about a 5 minute job at best. Good luck.
