Default manual to power

ok, I know I've kind of been a thorn in everyone's side with this power conversion, but I think I've almost got it. I didnt realise how far in over my head i was with the wiring.

comparing the wiring harnesses I pulled out of a '01-'04 xlt at the JY and the factory diagrams I could find, I've come up with this:

1 - someone look over my mirror diagram and make sure its right
2 -i want to hook up windows without having to buy a new GEM and stuff, (autodown would be nice if I could do it myself with relays) just inline fuses and relays if needed. someone please fill in my "?" s and let me know where these wires need to be plugges in. Thank you all.

"mirrors"

"factory window schematic"

"my Schematic"

I thought maybe I could just

Default Re: manual to power

Not sure why but today a lightbulb clicked in my head. figured out that the BL/BK wires connect into the 12v before the auto-down relay so they are the hot wires. also saw that the T/BK in the auto-down input on the GEM and the red coming off of the motor wires into the auto-down output on the GEM. So, (in theory), hooking them together will bypass the auto-down option all together. minor inconvenience but ill live with it. The last thing that has me stumped is that, according to the schematic, the WH/BK runs from master switch to driver motor, but in the harness I have, there are 2 WH/BK, one off the motor and one off the switch, they connect in the harness then a single WH/BK runs out of the harness into the cab. Any ideas what this wire is?

Default Re: manual to power

I'm having an issue with my switch, my switch from 2011 is an 8pin as well but it is

Pin 1 black w/ blue stripe
Pin 2 purple w/ orange stripe
Pin 3 brown w/ red stripe
Pin 4 unused
Pin 5 gray w/orange stripe
Pin 6 gray
Pin 7 blue w/ green stripe
Pin 8 yellow w/ purple stripe

On my 2000 switch it's:
Pin 1 black - ground
Pin 2 yellow (x2) - both mirrors
Pin 3 blue - DS up n down
Pin 4 purple - PS up n down
Pin 5 orange w/ green stripe - power
Pin 6 unused
Pin 7 green - PS left n right
Pin 8 red - DS left n right

If anyone could help me. I would appreciate it

I've tried multiple ways and never got either mirror to budge. The old switch still works. So I know It not a fuse or anything.
But haven't found right combination to make it work.
