Hi,

I just purchased my first Ford, a 2006. If I move the turn switch to the right hand turn position the right front turn light does not work, but the rear does. If I hold the switch just short of the detent position I can get both to work properly. I assume I have a switch problem. Agree? How difficult is it to replace the multi-function switch. What type screws (phillips ?) hold the lower cover in place ? Last thing I want to do is screw something up before I drive it home from Florida to Michigan.

Replacing the multi-function/turn signal switch corrected the problem Replacing it was simple, 3 Phillips head screws to get the column covers off and 2 torx screws to get the switch off.
